Refund policy

Hey girlie! We want you to LOVE your purchase, but understand the frustration of buying online and it not being a match for you. Blue Haven Boutique wants to make sure it is easy as possible for you to return an item(s). 

RETURNS: You have 14 days from the day your package is delivered. Item must be in perfect condition. Tags attached, no stains, no smells. On paper, add your full name and order number then mail it to:

No refunds are given, but you will get store credit. 

Please note: No returns on jewelry or sale and clearance items. 

EXCHANGES: we don't do direct exchanges, but you may return your item and place a new order if it is available in your size.
